Located on a commercial street, a few steps from the prestigious Carré d'Or district and in the heart of the Principality, the agency, located at 29 boulevard des Moulins in Monaco, opened its doors in 1981.

To do this, the agency is a member of the Monegasque Real Estate Chamber, the official representative of real estate professionals in the Principality of Monaco. This requires us to meet certain admission criteria such as a precise fee schedule which must be applied by all members, a certain rigour to be followed, quality of advice etc...
This also allows us to maintain a relationship of trust and partnership with the various member agencies, and thus to best satisfy your requests by working together. Since May 2015, our competences have been enlarged by the acquisition of the Saint Preux Agency located in Beausoleil, now under the name of Deplanche Immobilier France. The application for a Monegasque Residence Permit is processed by the Residents, Certifications and Lost and Found Section of the Public Safety Department. Any person aged 16 or over wishing to stay in Monaco for more than three months a year or wishing to establish their residence there must apply for a residence permit from the Monegasque authorities.
The Principality is composed of four sectors, accessible under certain conditions, with the free sector being the only one dedicated to the whole population.
